D&B...
but sometimes I eat the cake first, but not entirely, . just.. more massive ammounts of cake, with smaller amounts of frosting.

Shouldn't shatzy's answer be C&D, seeing as how she claimed not being able to eat the heavy-duty sugary stuff?

i cannot eat a standard size slice of cake.
fruit-filled pies, cobblers, ice-cream, seem
to be ok. But cake (with icing) somehow gives
me a reaction.
i can eat a few bites of the cake prior to
having to stop.
when i choose D, it was simply that i couldn't
choose A or B, since both meant that i would
eat the icing in a single dose.
despite the reaction, i desperately enjoy cake.
and i prefer it with icing simply because the
icing gives lubrication (for lack of a better word).

They're nothing special; D&C.
Ya know, a glass of milk might help that "lubrication" problem.
